Excel spreadsheets allow users to analyze and report on large amounts of data quickly and easily.

To create and deliver presentation, Microsoft developed Microsoft PowerPoint. PowerPoint presentation can include texts, graphics, sounds, and videos, and is presented in a slideshow format with the use of a computer and projection screen.
