This conundrum has led to many questions that will be addressed here, but first lets answer the most important question, what is Cloud Computing?

Cloud is used as a metaphor for the internet, when you combine the "Cloud" with Computing, you get a virtualized IT infrastructure that is hosting your services and software online. One of the great benefits of Cloud Computing is that users don't need the knowledge of, expertise in, or control over the technology infrastructure that supports them.

IT is becoming a jobs based service rather than the traditional infrastructure. Cloud computing allows all sizes of businesses the same solutions available to large sized companies. Cloud Computing has made the IT to be on demand by enabling common business applications online that gets connected through Internet where in the servers at a remote data center keep the software and data.

It is important to note that while Cloud Computing is used by businesses of all industries and sizes, this research and analysis will be focused on the Specialized Cloud for Accounting Professionals. An account infact is the bridge between a business owner and his IT needs and not just somebody who takes care of the owners tax liabilities and manages the books As a result, accountants must pay special attention and focus on technology solutions. As the Accountant puts their reputation on the line by recommending services, they need to ensure their clients interact with seasoned IT specialists.

A cloud acts replaces the need for an in-house server and gives access to the product needed anywhere, anytime which is why a cloud finds preference with businesses Their chosen Cloud stores their data, necessary applications and internal users. The Accountants Cloud is a bit more difficult because it is also hosting their clients. They should provide service to their clients in the same way that they would perform for themselves as their performance is a reflection of their firm This presentation includes all of the details of the cloud system like the speed, security, ease of use and of course performance. It's important for the Accountant to recognize that when their network is down, it is also down for their clients. This could be disastrous for the client as well as the Accounting firm and makes the decision of which Cloud Computing provider to use, an even more delicate choice.
