Get Introduced to Ivy Bridge

by Joseph Robertson

It is maintained that each New Year brings changes in the lives of everyone. And as the vacations have passed, almost all of the people are now in a position to get a new Computer. I might counsel you to wait until the end of April if you are making plans to purchase a new computer.

The rationale for it's that Intel has lately released this info that it'll introduce the Ivy Bridge chipsets this year (2012), which is an upgrade to its Sandy Bridge offerings. Though we don't have any solid information on the specs of these chipsets but the nomenclature will be as H77, B75, Z77, and Z75.

We will soon have the updates after the folks at AnandTech and Tom's Hardware have taken them through severe tests. So far as the prices are concerned we forecast them to be anywhere near that of Sandy Bridge as they're predicted to take away its market (and Sandy Bridge will manifestly be decreased in price).

Intel also claims that it'll boost the processing speeds of these chipsets which will surely supply a new gaming experience and as they put it, ''its not like anything that you've ever seen before''. Intel asserts that with these new generation chipsets, it'll certainly radically change the gaming and user-graphic experience. Although a few questions still remain in our minds, like:

1. Will these chipsets have an increased GPU?
2. Or will it be a sensible decision to get them?

But everyone knows that these questions will soon be answered as quickly as the 1st batch shoots out of the production facility. During, the start of 2012, Intel released some information about with respect to the graphics quality and capability, and trust me they sound to be outstanding. The new chipsets will fully support PCIe 3.0 and USB 3.0. Naturally I'm saying that, as they have not been put to the test. Anyhow, Intel claims that there is seen up to 199% improvement in IG or integrated graphics. I am not attempting to challenge the legality of this info but it'll certainly sound more convincing from a third party user.
