DVD Copying Software Recommendations

by James Kirk

There are a few different ways to copy DVDs. Let's take a look at some DVD copying software information that you can follow to make a duplicate of a CD or DVD that you have.

1. Downloading a DVD copying tool.

I recommend this method primarily. Why? Well, it's very easy. It's also affordable too. Most of this software will be very inexpensive compared to the big-company DVD copying software that you're going to find in general computer stores. They barely sell any inexpensive software since they're trying to pull a profit.

2. Getting software physically from a computer vendor.

Going to a big computer store and buying DVD copying software is not the right way to go about it. Times have changed and you definitely don't need a big brand to make software that you want to use. I recommend going with the smaller, cheaper, and more independent software developers as they update their software very much.

The Benefit of Buying From A Smaller Company

If you were to use some of the bigger brand's DVD burning tools and had a problem, good luck getting through to the developer to help you. Sure, you can call them, but as you know they will probably have a machine dealing with you for the better part of 20 minutes. When you finally get through to some customer rep, you still have a ways to go to fixing your problem.

There's never a point in time where you will be talking to the actual person who made the program themselves. This is the big issue.

On the other and, using DVD copying software from a smaller brand is better this way. They communicate and let you speak with whoever is in charge. Usually it's a tiny company anyway, so they just do everything themselves. That's what you want. Real communication, real answers. People who care and will take the time to talk to you.

Also, you will get additional features as you go along. Fore example, the DVD copying software that I recommend allows you to download videos from YouTube as well. Those are some fantastic features that you can enjoy with a smaller, better DVD burning tool.
