Norton Internet Security - 1 User/3 Pc has worked so fine that, at the moment of the installation, even though I had McAfee installed in my system, NORTON detected 4 Trojan viruses that were hidden in my computer and which McAfee had not found. I am very pleased with all the features this program has, including the international monitoring of threats, the automatic scans, live updates and more. Received it ASAP from Amazon and had a clean install. It works pretty quickly in comparison to previous versions of Norton and certainly more effective than my most recent package, ZoneAlarm. In addition, time your install to be close to your current expiration date; otherwise, you are cutting yourself short on coverage. Have been using Norton Internet security for several years and has provided my computers with great security. It's easy to install and very simple to select desired features. Once you have it set up it disappears into the background. This will be my second year having Norton. I can say I'm as pleased as I was with Norton 2010 on this.

It is that simple. The NIS has many valuable features. I have told my family to get Norton on their computer too. As an avid computer and internet user, with over three different computers in my household, I really took the time to test many of the major security services out there and NIS definitely stands alone on top in my opinion. Man read my problem asked for permission to take control of my computer and then started trouble shooting. Could not find any problem so down-loaded and installed program from his site.
I don't know why more companies don't do this, it's so much better to the customer if they can see where they are in line when holding. The rep was able to assist me quickly and freed up the expired license so I could reinstall the product.
